I don’t understand why Ana feels so betrayed. Christian asked her to have coffee with him. Unless I’m very much mistaken, asking someone to have coffee with you means that you want to have coffee with them. That’s it. There’s no implicit contract  saying you have to kiss and/or wind up in a relationship with the person afterwards.
Ana has built the coffee date up to much, much more than it really was, and she’s suffering the emotional consequences.
